Delivery and Shipping
We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery costs correspond to the table below. International shipments may also be subject to duties, taxes and other charges not included in the total price. In addition, all national deliveries are sent climate-neutrally via DHL GoGreen. For each of your orders, we plant a tree with our partner Ecolog.

Packaging
We use sustainable packaging materials (e.g. with FSC certification and/or made from recycled material). More information is available here.

Shipping partner
Our shipping partner for all deliveries is DHL GoGreen (climate neutral) and DHL Express.

Shipping tracking
After your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipping tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel at any time on DHL.de .
